My son got one of these as a present and loved it. It stopped working, so I contacted customer service. They were a bit slow getting back to me but then sent us a replacement. He's over the moon and I'm really pleased with the customer service.

I got 3 for my sons for Christmas. But they all broke so I emailed the company and they sent 2 replacements as i didnt mention the 3rd as it broke after I'd sent the 1st email . They only thing I'd say is they didn't get in touch after I'd sent the email then I got a email saying there was a delivery coming . So can't fault them for that but it would be nice to get some feedback from the company to let you no what's happening that's why I didn't tell them the 3rd one had broken as I didn't think they were going to help me. But the kids absolutely love the pocky balls . So thankyou pocky ball for keeping my boys entertained for a while .

Finlay opened his Pockyball on Christmas day and was delighted with it especially as it was red, his favourite colour! Unfortunately once out of the box he discovered it was broken. No wonder the poor boy couldnt work out how to play with it.
It took over two months to get a replacement and when it came it was black. Unfortunately our Pockyball experience has not been great.

Recieved one as a family Christmas present, was loved for a few days and unfortunately the mechanism for retracting the ball broke, after contacting customer service the issue was resolved and a replacment was sent out, no issues with the new one and is played with everyday.

I am a 75 yr old who purchased PockyBall for son and grandson. They are awaiting delivery on a forthcoming birthday so at the moment it is sitting idle in a cupboard. I was an enthusiastic sport fanatic in my younger day and would love to play with PockyBall myself, but arthritis and dodgy knees (one 'new', the other needs replacing) render me somewhat immobile. When they eventually get to play then I will make sure I get photographs/video and maybe offer another review!

"For some time the Pockyball advert kept showing on social media. Reviews were read and the website was being checked over and over.
Unfortunately, the funds weren't there when wanting to purchase them. Then the hesitation came that despite the so called 50% discount, it was still a lot to pay for. Also colors weren't the favorite ones at our home so the wait of more choices took place. Videos were watched to see how they were played with. More reviews were read. Then the only new color was pink. Not blue...
So many months later, two Pockyballs were finally purchased. It took some time to reach as there has been some issues with the courier but the toy is really, really cool. Very sturdy mechanism/material used. Very easy to play with and the idea is just superbe!
Highly Recommended for children and adults. As my young son said, it calms the Soul! Indeed it does, the whole focus is on that ball doing the right kick, bouncing it from one foot to another, challenges are being made and all that without losing the Pockyball!

We ordered 2. The mechanism that fixes the string to the ball broke within 48 hrs on one ball. The other one is still going strong . Great way to keep the kids entertained in spaces where balls are otherwise not allowed.

Bought 2 in the first instance and then bought the black one so we have one each - grandma, daughter and grandson. They are used daily and well worth it. A clip came off one of them but this was easily sorted and no problems since.

Harry, 12, loves his pockyball! He quickly got the hang of it and soon learnt to use some fancy footwork. It’s a great little piece of kit. Extremely portable - weighs next to nothing and small in size but quite robust. Easily pops into a bag. Can be used in a small space, even inside. Great for improving concentration as well as eye foot coordination. I’d buy lots if the price was lower.
