You just bought a PockyBall for your children. Was it because you wanted to see your child play sport, spend his energy or continue train at football until he goes back to his practice ?
The Pocky team decided to guide you and your children on how to use PockyBall on a daily basis by sharing multiple exercises in order for you to become aware of its benefits regardless of your age.
WHY POCKYBALL ?Researches have shown that today's children lost 25 % of their physical capacity, which can seriously affect their health in the future ! PockyBall will help children and adults to develop their physical skills by playing with it everyday. It will also improve their ability to concentrate at football fields and wherever else require focus, for example at school.
THE TECHNIQUE WITH POCKYBALL
To start, we advise you to hold your PockyBall with your hand to be powerful and have more control while you are trying to execute a move.
You can use all parts of your body just like a football match or a regular training : head, shoulders, chest, knees and feet.
The results will depend on the player's investment in his training. Only hard work can guarantee you progress. We will provide you exercise that will allow you to work each part of your body in the next part of this article.
PHYSICAL EXERCISE WITH POCKYBALLAs we explained above, PockyBall works all part of the body. It will also improve your football technique, dexterity, balance and your ability to focus. We have shared below different exercise to help you during this process. Do not forget, only hard work will get you the results desired !
1st PockyBall exercise :Hold the PockyBall's zip with your hand (do not hang it on your belt). Make sure that you always have the string tight.
2nd physical exercise with PockyBall :Hold the zip with your hand and kick the PockyBall with one flat side of the foot and when the ball comes down hit with the other one. Repeat this move up to a 100 times on each foot.
This will allow you to work on the basics of the PockyBall. Depend on how fast you will execute the mouvement, you will also improve your balance and accuracy with the ball. This exercise is good for people who are discovering PockyBall and those who are advanced.
As a football player this a good practice to implement into your training to develop your passing skills with the inside foot.
3rd physical exercise with PockyBallHold the zip with your hand and kick the ball with your inside or outside foot.
Repeat this move up to a 100 times on each foot.
Just like the previous mouvement, this exercise will allow you to work on the basics of the PockyBall.
As a football player, this a good practice to implement into your training to develop your passing skills with the outside foot.
